Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nour Center aims to provide a clear and flexible learning experience for students studying Quran, Tajweed, Arabic and Islamic Studies online. This page explains the general process for cancellations, rescheduling and refund requests.

Free Trial Lessons

Students may contact Nour Center to arrange an available free trial lesson before choosing a learning plan.

Class Cancellation

If a student or parent needs to cancel a scheduled lesson, we recommend contacting Nour Center as early as possible so the teacher's schedule can be adjusted.

Class Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are handled according to teacher availability and the student's learning schedule. Our team will try to provide a suitable alternative lesson time whenever possible.

Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed individually according to the selected learning plan, lessons already delivered, unused lessons and the circumstances of the request.

Teacher or Technical Issues

If a lesson cannot take place because of an issue from our side, Nour Center will work with the student to arrange an appropriate replacement lesson or alternative solution.
